We commit to providing you with the food and service that you have counted on over the years, while taking extra care to ensure a safe environment and experience. Here is what we are doing:
Pickup
- Order online or call ahead to place your order and to pay. We encourage you to prepay to avoid a card or cash transaction at pickup.
- When you pickup at the restaurant you must wear a mask.
- Our staff wear masks and sanitize touchpoints and their hands regularly.
- We will place your order on a table by the door so you can pickup at a distance from our staff.
- If you have chosen to pay upon pickup, we encourage that you pay with card transaction and avoid using cash whenever possible.
- Our staff will maintain a distance during the payment transaction and disinfect the handheld payment device after every transaction.
Curbside Pickup
- Order online or call ahead to place your order and to pay. We encourage you to prepay to avoid a card or cash transaction at pickup.
- When you pull your vehicle into the dedicated curbside pickup parking spot in front of the restaurant, we recommend you wear a mask.
- Our staff wear masks and sanitize touchpoints and their hands regularly.
- We will place your order directly in your vehicle, the front seat, back seat, or trunk.
- If you have chosen to pay upon curbside pickup, we will bring the handheld payment device out to the vehicle for you.
- Our staff will maintain a distance during the payment transaction and disinfect the handheld payment device after every transaction.
Delivery
- Order online or call ahead to place your order and to pay. We ask that you to prepay for all delivery orders to minimize contact.
- When you take delivery of your order at your home or workplace, we recommend you wear a mask.
- Our delivery drivers wear masks and sanitize touchpoints and their hands regularly.
- The delivery driver can leave your order on your porch and ring your doorbell if you make the request.

- We have, and follow, a COVID-19 Safety Plan as outlined by the Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health Unit
Physical Distancing and Minimizing Contact Points
- Our staff are trained to maintain a distance of 2m from each other as well as from our guests whenever possible.
Employee Safety
- Every employee is screened for covid-19 symptoms before beginning their shift.
- Every employee is trained to practice mandatory handwashing and hand-sanitizing.
- It is mandatory for every employee to wear a non-medical face mask.
Tracing Measures
- We record staff shifts for contact tracing purposes.
- We maintain pickup guest contact information for tracing purposes.
Food Handling/Preparation
- Our kitchen team practice frequent handwashing and always wear non-medical face masks.
