“Dolci Prima” means dessert first—and for one unforgettable evening, we invite you to embrace that philosophy with us.
What: An indulgent dessert and cocktail experience featuring Milk & Co.'s signature sweets, curated drink pairings by our in-house sommelier, followed by a family-style Italian dinner.

Join us for an evening where playful desserts and thoughtful drinks take centre stage. In collaboration with Jordyn from Milk&Co., this intimate experience begins with a welcome Prosecco on arrival and small bites designed to ease you into the night.
Jordyn, an extraordinary local baker, and Stevie, our our talented in-house Mixologist and Sommelier, will guide you through a dessert and cocktail pairing journey, showcasing Milk&Co.’s elevated sweets alongside crafted cocktails and curated pours.
After the tasting, we’ll shift into a relaxed, family-style Italian dinner in true Buon Gusto fashion. Guests will share a spread of wood-fired pizza and pasta, with our cocktail and sommelier menus available if you’d like to keep exploring pairings through the meal.
