In collaboration with John Sleeman & Sons distillery, this exclusive experience features a guided whisky tasting with Cooper Sleeman, interactive cocktail making with our Head Bartender Stevie, and a luxurious spread of hors d'oeuvres and curated grazing fare. Evening itinerary

6:30 PM - Arrival, welcome cocktail, mingling and passed h'ors doeurves.

7:00 PM - Guided whisky tasting featuring premium Canadian whisky with Cooper Sleeman of John Sleeman & Sons distillery.

8:00 PM - Interactive cocktail making, whisky sensory challenge, grazing boards, pizza and pasta.
