This year, more than ever, we felt what it means to be part of something that matters: neighbours meeting neighbours, friends becoming regulars, and a dining room that feels like a little heartbeat of the city.
We also felt it through the people we get to work alongside - local producers, makers, and the organizations doing important work in our community. Every collaboration, every shared project, every “how can we help?” reminded us that food is never just food. It’s connection.
