Our special guest, Stefano Corrocher, lives in Italy and sources the small-batch cheeses most people never get to taste. He works directly with dedicated producers in Italy’s small villages, remote towns, and mountain pastures. Together with TOMME owner Andrew Wheeler, Stefano will share his latest discoveries with pairings from Buon Gusto's extensive wine cellar.

6:30 PM - Arrival, welcome prosecco, mingling and passed h'ors doeurves.
7:00 PM - Our hosts, Stefano and Andrew, will guide guests through 5 curated pairings of artisan cheeses and wines.
8:00 PM - Family style pizza
Guests may continue the evening with a-la-carte drinks from our bar. During this time, both cheeses and bottles of wine featured tonight will be available for purchase.
